Installation & FAQ's

As part of choosing your perfect Jacuzzi® bath, you’ll want to understand the best installation approach for your space. There are various options depending on the bath you’ve selected which range from freestanding installations, to inset, back-to-wall, corner and niche. You will want to select the correct panel options to match the installation type.  You will find those options on each product across the Jacuzzi® Bath Store. Our online Product Experts can also support you with any questions on best installation approach.

Once you’ve decided on your install approach, you can select the bath handing to suit. This can be determined by the position of the back of the bath when standing in front of the touch controls.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

 

What are the electrical requirements?

All Jacuzzi® Whirlpool® and Swirlpool® baths require 13 amp supply with a 2.5 ml core cable.

What are the other installation requirements?

All of our baths come with a pre-installation, and installation manual. These documents will highlight any space requirements and surrounding specification to allow for the baths correct installation. 

Is tapware Included?

Tapware is not included, though Jacuzzi® can be purchased separately. Not including brassware allows you to pick a suitable piece of brassware that fits into your bathroom and suits your personal design taste. You can use our pre-installation manual to determine where these can be fitted.

When will my bath arrive?

Jacuzzi® Baths are bespoke built in our Italian manufacturing plant. The usually leas time on baths is between 6-8 weeks. On occasion we may have your bath in UK stock, and if so, our team can advise on this before or after your order is placed. 

How will my bath be delivered?

All Baths purchased on Jacuzzi® Bath Store come with free personalised white glove delivery. This service will deliver the bath and any additional items to a room of your choice. Our service and technical team can offer installation advice and support to your preferred fitter. Jacuzzi® do not offer installation as this is usually done as part of a broader bathroom project.
